Ingredients

2 ripe bananas, peeled
2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries

Preparation

    Wrap bananas in plastic wrap. Freeze until firm, about 3 hours. (Can be prepared up to 2 days ahead.)

    Step 2

    Break bananas into quarters. Combine bananas with yogurt and strawberries in blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses and serve.
