Pureeing Garlic

Preparation

  1. Separate the garlic cloves from 1 head of garlic, and peel them. Place the cloves in the bowl of a food processor. Process until chopped to the desired consistency, chunky or smooth. Transfer the pureed garlic to an airtight glass or plastic jar, and cover with olive oil. This mixture will keep, refrigerated in an airtight container, for up to 1 week.
