Ingredients

1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 teaspoon House Seasoning (see page 325)
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
3/4 cup olive oil

Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients except oil in a blender. Process on low, gradually adding oil. Chill; shake or stir before serving.
