Orange–Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

3 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups sifted confectioners’ sugar

Preparation

  1. Cream the cream cheese until it is soft. Beat in the orange juice and vanilla. Add the sugar gradually, beating constantly. Spread on the cookies.
