Ingredients

1 cup cracked ice
6 tablespoons unsweetened pineapple juice
2 ponies (2 ounces) gin
1 pony (1 ounce) white crème de menthe
1 pony (1 ounce) lemon juice
Garnish: sprig of mint

Preparation

  1. In a blender, blend cracked ice, pineapple, gin, white crème de menthe and lemon juice for 30 seconds. Pour into a chilled 12-ounce glass. Garnish with a spring of mint.
