Half-Million-Dollar Pie

Ingredients

One 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
One 11-ounce can mandarin oranges, drained and chopped
One 8-ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup chopped pecans
One 16-ounce carton Cool Whip
2 graham cracker pie crusts

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the milk and lemon juice. Stir in the oranges, pineapple, and pecans. Fold the Cool Whip into the fruit mixture. Divide the filling between the pie crusts. Cover and refrigerate. Refrigerated, the pies will keep for up to 8 days.
