1 5.5-ounce log soft fresh goat cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
Assorted crackers

Preparation

  1. Whisk sour cream and lemon juice in medium bowl until mixture resembles heavy cream. Let mixture stand in bowl until thickened, about 20 minutes. Place goat cheese on serving platter. Pour lemon cream over cheese. Sprinkle with chives and serve with crackers.
