1/2 cup cracked ice
1 pony (1 ounce) heavy cream
1 pony (1 ounce) brandy
1 pony (1 ounce) crème de cacao
1/2 pony (1/2 ounce) Irish Velvet (an Irish liqueur made of coffee and whiskey)

Preparation

  1. In a blender, blend cracked ice, heavy cream, brandy, crème de cacao and Irish Velvet for 30 seconds. Pour into a chilled 8-ounce stemmed glass and sprinkle it with unsweetened cocoa powder.
