Cumin Crème Fraîche

Ingredients

8 ounces crème fraîche
1 tablespoon cumin seeds, toasted and ground
Grated zest and juice of 1 lime
Kosher salt

Preparation

  1. Combine the crème fraîche, cumin, zest, and juice ina bowl and stir to blend. Add salt to taste.
