Festive and fruity, this is a natural starter at brunch. For best results and maximum freshness, use freshly squeezed cranberry juice and make the drinks just before you plan to serve them.

Ingredients

2 ounces (1/4 cup) fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons (1/8 cup) Fresh Cranberry Juice (page 240)
3 ounces Champagne

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Combine the orange juice and cranberry juice in a Champagne flute. Stir gently.

    Step 2

    Stir in the Champagne and serve immediately.
